Our rotating menu consists of hams, roasts, steak and plenty of seafood.
Seafood is served with every meal but never as a main entrée.
Breakfast is toast, hot cereals and fresh fruits.
Lunches are packed and eaten while out fishing.
When you arrive back at the ship, fresh bread and soup is always waiting.
While we do have a semi fixed menu it is easy for us to change to suit
dietary needs of the groups on board. On your departure day we serve a
large brunch that includes bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes and hash browns.
All beverages for the trip are supplied except for alcohol.
