All of our ingredients are fresh, and locally made whenever possible. We shop locally and encourage the support of our local farmers products.

Sample Breakfast Spread  (varies by day)

1. Quiche with smoked salmon and spinach
                    or
2. Fresh Berry Whole wheat Pancakes
                    or
3. French Toast with blueberry sauce
                    or
4. Eggs Riverside (Benedict with smoked gueyer cheese and lox)

And each breakfast is always served with the following item's every morning:

     Local smoked ham or sausages
     Fresh baked low fat muffins
     Low fat cottage cheese
     Fruit Plate
     Fresh Assorted Yogurts (fat free and whole)
     Selection of 6 breakfast cereals
     Choice of Milks ( whole, 2%, 1%, skim)
